About Rockworks Inc.
Rockworks Inc. has been designing and building natural and artificial rockwork since 1995. We work with general contractors in both the pool and landscape industries, as well as directly with owner builders. Rockworks Inc. is owner operated and the owners are highly involved in day-to-day activities. The majority of our staff has been with the company since its inception.
Many things set us apart from the competition. First, and most importantly, the customer service we provide is our foremost priority. We believe that the level of service a company provides is what makes them successful. There are many companies that have the ability to build a waterfall, but can they exceed your expectations in both service and quality? We know we can. Rockworks, Inc. employs a full-time office manager, superintendent and service technician that will all handle any situation that may arise in a friendly and timely manner. If there are ever times where the staff can not meet a customers needs, the owner will always be there to resolve issues and answer your questions. Secondly, quality is very important to everyone. Not only have our crews been with us since 1995, we also own and operate Rockworks Stone Company, our rock supplier. Having direct control of our rock supply is crucial to the quality of our work. All rock is not created equal and we can ensure that we have the best materials needed to exceed our customer’s expectations.
