Our rocks are hand selected which customizes each rock water feature. The construction of the waterfall may only take one day, but there is much more that the customer does not see.

Rockworks, Inc. tracks every project through each phase of the pool construction process. The jobsite is pre-sited before the waterfall pad is built to check for proper access for delivery and/or construction and to troubleshoot and prevent any potential problems.

Our goal is to create the most natural, aesthetically pleasing rock feature possible. We create a rock feature that looks great even without the water. Our crew builds the water feature by placing the boulders together like puting together pieces of a puzzle. We send rock for strategic placement in the water feature and crew leader accesses the job to places each rock for a specific purpose.

Upon completion, the waterfall is sealed to prevent water leakage. However, no product is complete without the proper customer service. It is not uncommon for water features to leak and need some additional sealing or flow adjustment upon startup of the waterfall.
