Our Work

Our goal is to create the most natural, aesthetically pleasing water feature possible. The rocks we use are hand selected which customizes each rock water feature. Even though the construction of a waterfall may only take one day, there are many things that go into completing every project.

We track every project through each phase of the pool construction process. Each job is pre-sited prior to build, to check for delivery and construction access. Seeing the job prior to the construction of the water feature allows us to troubleshoot or prevent any problems seen while on site.

We send rock for strategic placement in the water feature and the crew leaders assess the job to place each rock for a specific purpose. Our crews build water features by placing the boulders together like putting together pieces of a puzzle.

On certain projects, real rock is not an option. When confronted with projects where access or the size of a project limits our ability to use real rock, we use artificial rock. Artificial rock is steel reinforced cement, hand carved and painted to look like real rock. We take enormous pride in our artificial rockwork. The correct amount of time, energy, and creativity are put into every project to insure the final product will look as if real rock was used.

Along with real and artificial rockwork we also offer custom artificial products. We build hand carved artificial trees, artificial rock spa surrounds, and an architectural series of work that is hand carved and resembles old castle stone.

When the waterfall is completed it is sealed to prevent water leakage. However, upon start up it is not uncommon for real rock waterfalls to have a small leak or need a flow adjustment. Our customer service staff will be happy to schedule these repairs upon request. As with any new product, proper care and maintenance will give you greater longevity. For artificial rock care and maintenance please refer to our care and maintenance guidelines.
